Here are a few of the projects that we have worked on. Some are large and some are small. We take on any job, even the ones that nobody else will. We will be adding more to the site as the year progresses. Enjoy.
This bath was in major need of an update. New tile on the floor and walls, paint, toilet, tub, vanity, light fixture, mirror, and accessories
Old built-in cabinetry and linoleum. We replaced them with cabinetry and counter tops from Ikea, added a custom tile backsplash on a 45 deg. pattern, installed engineered hardwood flooring, and finished it off with new paint and light fixtures.
This was a breezeway that was poorly designed and built. We framed in the entrances with new 6' french doors, installed new insulation and drywall throughout, and added a new entry door into the garage. Then we finished it off with new paint, and epoxied the concrete floor. This space was not usable in the winter, so the insulation, doors, and gas fireplace repair added a huge year round usable living space.
This is the same breezeway. We built a new double layback roof over it, because the way it was trapped all the water in the valley (notice the tarp). If you look closely, you can see the new roof design. We finished it off with new siding, light fixtures, and gutters.
This exterior was updated with new siding, new gutters, new clay aluminum trim, new dimensional shingled roof, new storm and entry doors, and some paint.
This exterior was updated with new vinyl shake siding, white aluminum trim, gutters, and some paint.
This kitchen was updated with Ikea cabinetry, a custom sink, paint, and we refinished the pine floors that were under 4 layers of flooring!!!
This dining area was updated with paint, a new light fixture, and there is that beautiful pine floor.
Nothing fancy here. New siding, aluminum trim, entry door, patio, and paint.
This top is 9' long x 38" wide, x 2" thick. We slabbed it out of one reclaimed Ash log. It's 3 pieces biscuit joined and polyurethane glued together. Lots of planing, and sanding, finished with 5 coats of polyurethane.
This Redwood deck was built extremely well. The only reason it rotted in spots was because it was in contact with the ground. We replaced it with a similiar design, new technology, and new Western red cedar. I saved as much redwood as I could, for rustic outdoor furniture building.
Dimensional Re-shingle
Dimensional re-shingle, painted vent, and new seamless gutters.
Complete tear off, and re-shingle.
This was a 24 x 12 addition. We attached it to the house first. Then we removed the old doorwall and wall to tie everything together. Inside was never exposed to the outside. We installed the header to support the load, and open everything up.
We insulated the perimeter of the new foundation, installed drain tile throughout, 4" of pea stone, and a sump pump. We relocated the electrical service, installed Anderson window and doorwalls, and new siding, trim, and roofing on entire house. We also installed a new kitchen, engineered flooring, drywall, countertops, and trimmed it out.
