Bendelow Building "The owner of Bendelow Building (Ryan Bendelow) made sure I got exactly what I wanted. We spoke at lenght about upgrades to the job that I wanted and he made sure I got the correct color shingles, trim and ridge vents. Ryan made sure I was very happy with the quality of the roofing job before he left. His crew cleaned up at the end of the day and were very nice to talk to. Ryan also went the extra mile by removing some plywood from the roof (at no extra charge) to inspect some suspicious areas I had reported to him. He also asked me to call him if I have any problems in the future. I would recomend Bendelow Building to anyone wanting a new roof."

"Ryan Bendelow designed and installed a new deck for us in April 2009. It was prox 700 sq ft of Trex composite with treated cedar posts and rail spindles. He finished the work on plan, on time, and on budget. Each day that we use the deck, it is apparent what a high-quality job was done on the entire project. It looks great, it is solid, and Ryan saved us a few grand on the total cost by his recommendation to use cedar for the handrails, and bottom enclosure. He was not the lowest bid, but he was the most organized and started right out showing me his builders license, proof of insurance, and pictures. Not everyone could do this, as you might imagine. Ryan and his entire crew were courteous and were incredibly sensitive about invading our home for a week--they were on time (or called if the weather was going to hold them off), there was no trash lying around, there was no more noise that absolutely necessary, and no cussing around our small daughter. They even tried to be quieter around nap time. They cleaned up each evening and left the rest of our home 100% unharmed by their visit. I consider this a miracle where contractors are concerned. Obviously, I recommend Bendelow Building Company to do your next deck or roof or facia trim or gutter installation."

Bendelow Building was not only the best quote but Ryan was the most professional one. He showed me his building license and insurance papers as part of his bid presentation. They showed up right when they said would and finished in a timely manor. We were so impressed that we hired them to build our new Tiki Gazebo. We would not hesitate to recomend them and would surely use them on our next project."
